These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ContSell ("ContSell", "we", "us", "our"), including our website, checkout, and the AI content companion service delivered via WhatsApp and Notion (the "Service").
By purchasing a subscription or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Service.
ContSell is a trademark of CONTSELL LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under number 17202571, with its registered office at 3rd Floor Suite, 207 Regent Street, London, W1B 3HH, United Kingdom. CONTSELL LTD develops and operates the service.
ContSell is sold and distributed by ZACREATION LLC, 2105 Vista Oeste Northwest, Albuquerque, NM 87120, United States, under a licence and distribution agreement with CONTSELL LTD. ZACREATION LLC is the merchant of record for your purchase.
In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to both companies acting in their respective roles. Your contract of sale is with ZACREATION LLC. Your licence to use the ContSell software is granted by CONTSELL LTD.

ContSell is an AI-powered content companion for content creators. It generates content drafts based on your inputs and brand voice, delivers them via WhatsApp, and organizes them in a connected Notion workspace.

Prices may be displayed and charged in your local currency, converted from USD at prevailing exchange rates. The exact amount you will be charged is always shown at checkout before you confirm your purchase.
From time to time we may offer promotional discounts. Discounts are disclosed one at a time, each with its own terms, which are detailed in these Terms and/or at checkout at the time the discount is offered. Only the discount terms in effect at the time of your purchase apply to you.
The discount currently offered is the Special Launch Discount. When it applies, pricing is:
Lifetime price lock: the Special Launch Discount price you pay at sign-up is locked in as your subscription price forever, for as long as your subscription remains continuously active. Joining now means locking that discounted price in permanently — your renewal price will not increase even if standard pricing changes later.
If you cancel your subscription at any time and later choose to resubscribe, your locked-in price will no longer apply. Resubscription will be billed at the then-current standard pricing.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase the Service. By purchasing, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to use the WhatsApp number and Notion account you connect.
You are responsible for safeguarding access to your WhatsApp and Notion accounts.
The Service is billed as a recurring subscription at your locked-in price (where a price-locked discount applied at purchase — see Section 3.3) or otherwise at the then-current standard price.
Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. By providing payment details, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees on a recurring basis until you cancel.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting support@contsell-ltd.com or via the cancellation method indicated in your account. Cancellation stops future billing at the end of the current billing period. As noted in Section 3.3, cancelling and later resubscribing forfeits your locked-in discounted price.
Listed prices do not include applicable taxes, which may be added at checkout depending on your location.
You agree not to use the Service to:
We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of this section.
You retain ownership of the inputs you provide and the content the Service generates for you. You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to process your inputs and outputs solely to operate, maintain, and improve the Service for you.
You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publishing it. You are responsible for compliance with the rules of any platform on which you publish.
The Service relies on third-party platforms, including WhatsApp (Meta) and Notion. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or actions of those third parties.
The Service — including the software, design, brand, and underlying systems — is owned by ContSell and its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose during your active subscription.
ContSell uses generative AI. AI output may contain errors, inaccuracies, or content that does not reflect your intended message. The Service is a creative aid; it is not a guarantee of business results, sales, audience growth, or any specific outcome. You are solely responsible for what you publish.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ContSell, its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $50.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms or if continued provision becomes unlawful or impractical. You may stop using the Service at any time by cancelling your subscription.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms with a revised "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-product notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country requires otherwise.
