Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. No Refund Policy

All purchases of ContSell made through ZACREATION LLC are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase you acknowledge and agree that:

• All sales are final at the time of purchase.
• No refunds will be issued once your account has been activated and access granted.
• No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of any term.
• Downgrading or cancelling does not entitle you to a refund of fees already charged.

2. Cancellations

You may cancel at any time by contacting support@contsell-ltd.com. Upon cancellation:

• Your access remains active until the end of the current period.
• You will not be charged again.
• No refund will be issued for the current or any previous period already paid.

3. Digital Nature of the Service

ContSell delivers immediate access to software, AI processing and infrastructure on purchase. The nature of the service does not permit returns or exchanges in the same manner as physical goods.

4. Exceptions

In rare cases, ZACREATION LLC may at its sole discretion consider a refund request where:

• A technical failure on our side prevented access to the service for an extended period.
• A duplicate charge occurred due to a billing error.

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge and are evaluated case by case. Approval is not guaranteed.
