This Privacy Policy explains how ContSell ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and shares your information when you visit our website, purchase a subscription, or use the Service.

1. Who We Are

Two companies are involved in providing ContSell to you, and both handle some of your information. Here is exactly who does what.

CONTSELL LTD — developer and trademark owner Company No. 17202571 3rd Floor Suite, 207 Regent Street, London, W1B 3HH, United Kingdom Builds and operates the ContSell service: the WhatsApp companion, the AI content engine, and the Notion workspace integration.

ZACREATION LLC — distributor and seller 2105 Vista Oeste Northwest, Albuquerque, NM 87120, United States Sells and distributes ContSell under a licence and distribution agreement with CONTSELL LTD. Acts as merchant of record: processes your payment and handles billing.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly

• Name and email address
• WhatsApp phone number (used to deliver content)
• Notion workspace connection details (granted via OAuth)
• Brand information you share during onboarding (your voice, audience, offers, platforms)
• Voice notes, text inputs, and other content you submit
• Payment information, processed by our payment processor (we do not store full card details on our servers)

Information collected automatically

• Device, browser, and IP address
• Usage data (interactions with the Service)
• Cookies and similar technologies on our website

Information from integrations

• Limited data from WhatsApp (the messages you send to your companion)
• Limited data from Notion (content created or updated within the workspace ContSell manages for you)

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Deliver the Service (send content, maintain your Notion workspace, learn your brand voice)
• Process payments and manage your subscription
• Communicate with you about your account, updates, and support
• Improve the Service, including the underlying AI components, in line with Section 6
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues
• Comply with legal obligations

How Your Data Is Shared Between ContSell and ZACREATION

Because ContSell is built by one company and sold by another, a limited amount of information moves between them. Nothing is sold, rented, or shared with anyone else for advertising.

What ZACREATION LLC shares with CONTSELL LTD

When you purchase, ZACREATION passes on only what is needed to create and activate your account:

• Your name and email address
• Your WhatsApp number, so your companion can reach you
• Confirmation that payment succeeded, your plan, and your purchase date

Your full card number is never shared and never reaches either company — card details are handled directly by our payment processor.

What CONTSELL LTD shares with ZACREATION LLC

• Whether your account is active, so billing and support stay accurate
• Aggregate, non-identifying usage figures reported under the distribution agreement

The content you create — your voice notes, ideas, drafts, brand voice profile, and Notion workspace — stays with CONTSELL LTD as operator of the service. ZACREATION does not receive it.

International transfers

CONTSELL LTD is based in the United Kingdom and ZACREATION LLC in the United States, so this sharing involves a transfer of personal data between the UK/EEA and the US. These transfers are governed by Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, incorporated into the agreement between the two companies.

Your rights

You can request access to your data, correction, deletion, or a portable copy at any time by contacting support@contsell-ltd.com. You only need to ask once — we will pass the request to whichever company holds the data and confirm back to you.

4. Legal Bases for Processing (EU/UK users)

Where applicable law requires it, we rely on:

• Contract — to provide the Service you purchased
• Legitimate interests — to operate, secure, improve, and market the Service
• Consent — where required (e.g. certain marketing communications, cookies)
• Legal obligation — for tax, accounting, and compliance

5. How We Share Information

We share information with:

• Service providers: hosting, payment processing, email delivery, analytics, customer support, and AI model providers — under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection obligations
• Integration partners: WhatsApp (Meta) and Notion, as needed to deliver the Service
• Legal authorities: when required by law, court order, or to protect rights, safety, or property
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice where required

We do not sell your personal information.

6. AI and Model Training

We may use de-identified or aggregated data to evaluate and improve our Service, including the AI components. We do not use your personal content to train third-party foundation models without your consent.

7. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. After cancellation, we retain limited data as required for legal, tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes, and then delete or anonymize it.

You can request deletion at any time — see Section 9.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information
• Delete your information
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Port your data to another provider
• Withdraw consent (where processing is based on consent)
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority
